Cancellation Policy

Session Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy: Effective June 1st, 2025 • I require a 12 hour notice of cancellation. If you need to reschedule, you can now do so via the Fit app or contact me directly • Short notice cancellations (less than 12 hours) are subject to a $45 fee. The training session is forfeited. • No shows are automatically billed $45. The session is forfeited. • Late arrival: anything 15 mins or later will be automatically counted as a no show, and automatically billed a $45 fee. The session is forfeited • If there are any extenuating circumstances, family or medical emergencies, please contact me immediately.
