Join Coach Claudia & Team Alpha Iron on our 1st team hike/social event! Letâs get outside, enjoy some scenery, and get a fun workout together. Will be getting (healthy) food afterwards!

About the event
This will be a monthly event starting in June & continuing into the fall months (weather permitting). We will be meeting the last Saturday of each month and then grab some lunch afterwards đ
We will be exploring a new (and more challenging) trail each month starting with a moderate trail and progressing towards longer distances and/or more challenging terrain. It will never be dangerous terrain đ« I personally check out all trails beforehand to make sure everyone is safe âŒïž
Hiking is one of my favorite outdoor activities & this will be a fun way for us to interact outside of the gym!
